<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple roof structure for which the depth dimension of a roof is freely adjustable by executing relatively easy work on an installation site. <P>SOLUTION: For a roof material 43, since the front and rear end parts 41 and 42 are formed in a length projected to the front and rear respectively more than the front and rear end parts 21 and 22 of a main beam 2, an auxiliary beam 5 extending in the front and rear direction is attached in a length projected to the front and rear more than the front and rear end parts 21 and 22 of the main beam 2 on a back surface of the roof material 43 and the auxiliary beam 5 is supported by a transverse beam 3 disposed between the main beams 2, the roof material 43 can be attached to the main beam 3 regardless of the length in the front and rear direction of the roof material 43 when it is equal to or longer than the length in the front and rear direction of the main beam 3.
