LAMINATE HAVING PROTECTIVE COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a protective coating excellent in both weatherability and adhesion with a substrate.

SOLUTION: The laminate has the protective coating of a two-layer structure with a first layer and a second layer on a substrate surface. The first layer is formed on the substrate and is obtained by irradiating a composition which includes: 35-95 mass% of (A) polyfunctional (meth)acrylate based on 100 mass% of the sum of a component (A) and a component (B); 5-65 mass% of (B) surface-modified inorganic fine particles based on 100 mass% the sum of the component (A) and the component (B); and (C) an active energy ray-sensitive radical polymerization initiator with active energy rays. The second layer is formed on the first layer and is obtained by curing a curable composition containing a siloxane compound obtained by carrying out a hydrolytic condensation of at least one of (D) alkyl silicates and organosilanes shown in general formula (2).
