The present invention relates to a blood sugar measuring system that connects to a mobile communication terminal using an audio signal, the blood sugar measuring system which enables displaying of blood sugar measurement results without a separate display screen by using a mobile communication terminal, data transmission or download to servers and others, and convenient portability, and according to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a blood sugar measuring system that connects to a mobile communication terminal by using an audio signal, the blood sugar measuring system comprising: a display portion for displaying a blood sugar management program downloaded through a web page; a mobile communication terminal including a data processing unit for processing an audio signal received through an audio port to process same into data that can be used in the blood sugar management program; a blood sugar measuring unit; a blood sugar measuring device including an audio signal communication interface unit that converts the data measured in the blood sugar measuring unit into an audio signal to transmit same to the audio port of the mobile communication terminal.
