PURPOSE: A double sided razor which is easy to assemble is provided to reduce production and manufacturing costs by simplifying an assembly process as each spacer is connected to a connecting rod. CONSTITUTION: As to a double sided razor which is easy to assemble, a groove is formed in a connection part between the lower part of a head(300) and the upper part of a handle at a constant width. The head is elastically tilted left and right from the connection part at a constant angle. When the head is tilted left and right, the size of the angle is in a range that the top outer edge of the groove contacts with the bottom outer edge.
