PURPOSE: A display device and a driving method thereof are provided to include a data write step and a threshold voltage compensating step, thereby expanding light emission time of a pixel. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(600) comprises a plurality of pixels. A power supply unit(500) supplies first and second supply voltage to the display unit. A threshold voltage compensation driving part(400) transfers a compensation control signal to the display unit. A plurality of driving transistors is diode-connected by the compensation control signal.
