<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper difficult to form a gap by being stuck to the back of a wearer, effectively preventing liquid leakage from the gap, and moderately fastening the leg peripheries of the wearer with an excellent fitting property to be difficult to leave fastening marks on the leg peripheries. <P>SOLUTION: Stretch panels 6 have a stretch part 6B inside an outer edge part 6A in the body width direction Y. An adhesive bonding part where constituent members of the stretch panels 6 are bonded by an adhesive is absent in the region that includes the outer edge part 6A and is located further outward in the width direction Y of the body than the stretch part 6B of the stretch panel 6.
