Provided is a non-aqueous secondary battery capable of suppressing the degradation of battery performance while improving its safety. This lithium-ion rechargeable battery (non-aqueous secondary battery) comprises: a positive electrode (10) including a positive-electrode current collector (11), which has a multilayer structure whereby a conductive layer (14) is formed on both surfaces of a resin layer (13), and a positive-electrode active material layer (12) that is formed on the positive-electrode current collector; a penetrating member (80) containing a conductive material and penetrating the positive-electrode current collector in the thickness direction; and an electrode tab (41) electrically connected to the positive electrode. The positive electrode is laminated in multiple layers, and the penetrating member pierces two or more positive electrodes (positive-electrode current collectors) in succession.
