<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate inherent deformation data by comparatively simple calculation by using existing inherent deformation data even when welding conditions are different or materials of different sorts are to be welded. <P>SOLUTION: An inherent deformation data calculation system includes: inherent deformation data storage means which stores a plurality of records each having welding condition information for materials of the same sort and inherent deformation data as a pair; new condition information input means for inputting new condition information to create inherent deformation data of a first member and a second member to be welded; reference data selection means for selecting at least one record stored in the inherent deformation data storage means as a reference record based on the new condition information inputted by the input means; and inherent deformation data calculation means for calculating the inherent deformation data of the first and second members under the new condition information based on the condition information and the inherent deformation data recorded in the reference record selected by the selection means and the new condition information inputted by the input means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
