<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer-dispersing device capable of well applying over a wide range the fine adjustment of the dispersing amount of a dispersing object charged in a hopper, without enlarging the fertilizer-dispersing device, even in the case of electric remote control. <P>SOLUTION: In the fertilizer-dispersing device, an adjusting portion 104 is set between a hopper 102 and a dispersing portion 103, wherein a bottom plate 201, a shutter plate 202 and a switching plate 203 are freely slidably overlapped each other. The shutter plate 202 changes the opened area of a fall down hole from the full open to the close by rotation. The switching plate 203 changes the opening area of the fall down hole of the shutter plate 202 from the full open to the partial open by rotation.
