One embodiment includes a method for confirming the source and authenticity of a content-document. The method includes receiving a document for source or owner identity confirmation. The content-document includes a label including a mold for capturing a multi-dimensional fingerprint features or characteristics and the mold or material compound or electromagnetic element includes a captured multi-dimensional fingerprint features. The method further includes reading the document and the label to identify the captured multi¬ dimensional fingerprint features, recovering and comparing or matching the identified within label, the multi-dimensional fingerprint features against a database of pre-registered fingerprints features, and when a fingerprint match is located in the database, confirming whether the matched fingerprint corresponds to an alleged or a supposed source or owner of the content-document.
