<p>A PDU data management unit (12) of the present invention acquires a PDU segment included in received MAC-ehs PDU data, creates a deployment table including the LCH-ID, TSN, and SI of each PDU segment and the store destination address thereof, and stores the MAC-ehs PDU data into a storage unit. A retransmission control unit (13) treats a PDU segment having a sequence number following the last number among received consecutive PDU segments as an expected PDU segment, whereupon if the sequence number of the received PDU segment and the sequence number of the expected PDU segment do not match, performs a retransmission request of the expected PDU segment, and then reports that predetermined conditions have been reached. A decipher pre-processing unit, upon receiving the notification by the retransmission control unit, acquires the PDU segment from the storage unit on the basis of the address described in the deployment table, and on the basis of the deployment table, completes a MAC-ehs SDU on the basis of the acquired PDU segment.</p> |
