<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin client system which allows connection information about a remotely connected server to be stored in a personal authentication device. <P>SOLUTION: A thin client terminal 102 can connect with a personal authentication device 101 which stores identification information of the personal authentication device and connection information that is required when a server is remotely connected to the thin client terminal. If information about connection to the server is not stored in the personal authentication device 101 when a remote connection to a server 103 is made with the personal authentication device 101 connected, the thin client terminal connects with a profile management server 104 using the information about connection to the profile management server 104, which is stored in its own thin client terminal 102; obtains information about connection to the server corresponding to the identification information of the personal authentication device; and stores it in the personal authentication device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
