<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new safe cosmetic composition. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition includes steam distillation water of one or more plants selected from passion fruit, Citrus depressa Hayata, banana, Annona atemoya, Prunus mume, lemon lime, and Zingiber officinale. The cosmetic composition can improve skin having a touch of dryness and not having luster and tension and can give moisture, luster and tension to the skin.
