<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible easy-to-open pouch capable of achieving a smooth tear-off work to tear from a tear-off end formed on one end side and smoothly tear off up to the other end edge, on opening a retort pouch. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible easy-to-open pouch 1 is obtained by laminating two film materials 8, sealing the peripheral edges and arranging the tear-off ends 2 in the outer edge.
