<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the drug disposition of an antigen-binding molecule; a method for increasing the antigen-binding number of the antigen-binding molecule; the antigen-binding molecule improved in the drug disposition; the antigen-binding molecule improved in the antigen-binding number of the antigen-binding molecule; methods for producing them; and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The antigen-binding molecule is characterized in that KD(pH 5.8)/KD(pH 7.4), the ratio of KD to an antigen at pH 5.8 to KD at pH 7.4, is ≥2.
