<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat slicer with high operation efficiency and a meat slicing method capable of performing continuous slicing operation while equalizing an amount of meat sliced at a time. <P>SOLUTION: The meat slicer includes a meat conveying trough 3 with a bottom conveyor 6, both side guide members 5, and an upper conveying member 7 and a cutter 19 for slicing meat conveyed from the meat conveying trough 3 by relative move with respect to the meat conveying trough 3. In a starting end of the meat conveying trough 3, a meat molding box 8 is provided to extend along a meat conveying direction. In the meat molding box 8, a shutter 12 is provided on a front wall, an openable/closable upper cover 81 is provided on an upper surface, and a pressure plate 13 constituting a rear wall is allowed to move along the meat conveying direction at least up to a position to feed the meat through the front wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
