<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coil component, capable of securely connecting a stranded wire, and the coil component. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a coil component includes the steps of: preparing a core having a core part having a conductor 8 having stranded wire-like ends wound around the core part and flange parts 4 and 5 provided in ends of the core part and terminal fittings 6 and 7 provided in the flange parts 4 and 5 and having wire connection parts having the ends of the conductor 8 connected thereto; holding the conductor 8 led out from the core part at the wire connection parts so that a stranded wire is not untied; loosening a strand on a downstream side of a position that the conductor 8 is held at the holding step in a lead-out direction that the conductor 8 is led out from the core part; and welding the conductor 8 loosened at the loosening step to the wire connection parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
