<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed-anode X-ray tube device in which a further increase in the output and a further extension of the service life can be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray tube device comprises an envelope inside which vacuum airtightness is maintained; an X-ray tube having a cathode and an anode disposed opposite to each other inside the envelope; a refrigerant for cooling the anode; and a cooler for circulating the refrigerant.
