<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management failure correspondence system for specifying a factor from a failure event and notifying an operation manager of effective countermeasure information. <P>SOLUTION: A failure countermeasure device 101 collects factor information and solution information on a plurality of failure events from a plurality of sites connected through the Internet 130 and stores the information in a knowledge information storage part 102.
