摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a reference voltage while suppressing expansion of circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage generation circuit 100 is configured to generate a reference voltage Vref at an output point 200 and composed of a potential dividing circuit 10, a time constant circuit 20 and a compensation circuit 30. The potential dividing circuit 10 generates a potential-divided voltage Vr1 of a power supply voltage through a plurality of resistance elements on an inter-power-source path 40. The time constant circuit 20 includes a resistance element 22 interposed between a potential dividing point Nr1 of the potential dividing circuit 10 and the output point 200, and a capacitance element 24 connected to the output point 200. The compensation circuit 30 is composed of e.g., a current output type differential amplifier circuit and causes a compensation current Ic corresponding to a voltage between both terminals of the resistance element 22 to flow to the inter-power-source path 40 so as to compensate for a variation in the potential-divided voltage Vr1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
