<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pulley capable of reducing the beating sound of a belt even in case the roundness of a belt guide surface has worsened. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin pulley P wherein a pulley body 2 made of resin and having the belt guide surface 22a in the outer periphery is integrally molded by insert molding in the outer periphery of the outer ring 12 of a rolling bearing 1, the pulley body 2 consists of thermoplastic resin in which a number of bubbles 25 are formed internally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
