An eNB (1-1) transmits to UE (2-1) - UE (2-3) an RRC Connection Reconfiguration message, wherein an SRS parameter, which differs for each of UE (2-1) - UE (2-3), and a common application timing parameter for each of the UE (2-1) - UE (2-3), are set. The UE (2-1) - UE (2-3) receive the RRC Connection Reconfiguration message, and recognize the SRS parameter and the application timing parameter set in the message. Furthermore, when the SRS parameter application timing arrives as denoted by the application timing parameter, the UE (2-1) - UE (2-3) apply the SRS parameter to the SRS and transmit the SRS.
