The present invention relates to a dye-sensitized solar cell having a monolithic structure, wherein the solar cell comprises: a first electrode layer formed on an insulation substrate; a photoelectric transformation element formed on the first electrode layer, wherein the photoelectric transformation element adsorbs dye thereto and has an electrolyte layer and an insulation layer; a first cell which has a photoelectric transformation layer formed on a porous semiconductor layer having a catalyst layer; and a second electrode layer of the first cell connected to a photoelectrode transformation layer of an adjacent cell through a separated interconnection. An insulating barrier portion for electrical insulation between adjacent cells is spaced apart from a first electrode layer of a cell on a transparent substrate, and a portion of the insulating barrier is arranged to cover a first electrode layer of the adjacent cell, to thereby prevent the short-circuiting of a TCO which is adjacent to a photoelectrode, and effectively prevent short-circuiting between adjacent TCOs, and enable tight interconnection between cells. The interconnection of the present invention may be easily installed by a screen-printing method, and has superior adhesion to the barrier and superior electrical conductivity. |
