The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic thin film solar cell having a channel structure. The method for manufacturing the organic thin film solar cell comprises the steps of: manufacturing a substrate by patterning the substrate in order to form mutually horizontal walls (110) side by side on the surface of a prepared substrate; forming a lower electrode (anode; 200) pattern on the surface on which the walls of the substrate are formed; forming a buffer layer (300) on the surface of an electrode pattern; forming an active layer (organic photoactive layer; 400) on the surface of the buffer layer; forming an electron accepting layer (500) on the surface of the active layer; and forming an upper electrode (cathode; 600) pattern on the electron accepting layer.
