<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle lens made of polycarbonate resin which acquires boiling water resistance and metal mold corrosion suppression effect, has hue stability during continuous molding, and retains the original characteristics of the polycarbonate resin which excels in high-temperature molding heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The spectacle lens is molded from a polycarbonate resin composition containing: (1) with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin with a total chlorine amount of 500 ppm or less; (2) 0.003 to 0.2 parts by weight of an epoxy compound, which is a copolymer of styrene and glycidyl methacrylate; (3) 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight of 2-(2'hydroxy-5'-tert-octylphenyl) benzotriazol; (4) 0.01 to 0.3 parts by weight of 2-(3-tert-butyl-5-methyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-5-chloro-2H-benzotriazol; (5) 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight of a fatty acid ester release agent; and (6) 0.005 to 0.1 parts by weight of a phosphorus-based thermal stabilizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
