<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize quality and improve productivity by setting target power of a grinding force and calculating a feeding speed so as to make actual power for grinding follow the target power as much as possible and performing control. <P>SOLUTION: A grinding device includes a work cross table 1, a cross feed motor 2 that performs cross feeding to the work cross table at a feeding speed V based on the target power, a drive motor 7 that rotates a grinding wheel 6, a power detecting section 8 that detects actual power for grinding at the drive motor, a feeding speed command value calculating section 5 that calculates a correction coefficient on the basis of a change amount of the actual power for grinding detected at the power detecting section and calculates a feeding speed instruction value by multiplying a set feeding speed set in advance on the basis of the target power by the correction coefficient, and a cross table controlling section 3 that performs feedback control on the feeding speed on the basis of the feeding speed command value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
