<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display drive circuit which prevents generation of latch-up by providing a latch-up prevention section. <P>SOLUTION: The display drive circuit comprises: first to third voltage generating sections for generating different voltages respectively by receiving the same input voltage from outside; and a latch-up prevention section which is connected to the second voltage generating section, receives lower voltage among voltages output from the second voltage generation section, and grounds the lower voltage during a predetermined period. The display drive circuit connects second drive voltage output from the second voltage generating section to the latch-up prevention section including a number of grounded and connected switching means, and grounds the second drive voltage during the predetermined period, thereby, generation of latch-up is prevented and size of the drive circuit can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
