<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt joining technology that enables a conveyor belt to be connected by vulcanizing a rubber through the use of a constitution dispensing with a lubricant for the connection of the same and that prevents a decrease in the elasticity and dynamic tensile strength of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyor belt for a belt conveyor, which is manufactured from a rubber or plastics of rubber form, is reinforced with steel cables 4 elongated in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt and elongated at least almost in parallel with each other. The conveyor belt is formed from components connected to each other by vulcanization.
