PURPOSE: A LED desk and apparatus for controlling an irradiation angle for the same are provided to extend lifetime of an LED lamp by emitting light generated from LED lighting part through a supporter. CONSTITUTION: A first moving body(102) and a second moving body(104) revolve around each weight balance point clockwise or counterclockwise. An LED lighting part(200) is arranged at one end of the first moving body. A first weight balance weight(102b) for forming a weight balance point is installed to other end of the first moving body. A second weight balance weight(104b) for forming the weight balance point is installed to one end of the second moving body. A first hinge(700) is located in a weight balance point(102a) of the first moving body.
