PURPOSE: A method for preparing a synchronizer ring wet friction material is provided to ensure a high frictional property in a high temperature auto transmission oil and excellent durability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a synchronizer ring wet friction material comprises the steps of: performing a paper making process using a paper raw material, 1~20 weight% of filler(diatomite/graphite); mixing a novolac-type phenol resin with alcohol and impregnating the resultant of the previous step with the mixture; squeezing and dry-curing the resultant to prepare a friction material; and cutting the friction material and compressing the material in a mold. |
