<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tiled panel including a base plate and tiles bonded thereto, of which warpage due to difference in an expansion rate between the base plate and the tile under variation of temperature and humidity and due to curing contraction of an adhesive can be suppressed, having sufficient flexural strength and being easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: An adhesive 41 is applied to at least one of the rear face of a tile 21 and the top face of a base plate 31. A pressed foam 11A formed from a hot pressed urethane foam after removal of a cell membrane is disposed on the top face of the base plate 31, and the tile 21 is disposed on the surface of the pressed foam 11A. The adhesive 41 on the rear face of the tile 21 or on the top face of the base plate 31 is impregnated in the pressed foam 11A to be cured.
