The indazole derivative or a salt thereof, and the pesticide composition containing the same of the present invention have an outstanding effect in controlling various pest species of mites and insects, and in particular Tetranychus urticae and Nilaparvata lugens or Plutella xylostella and Spodoptera litura and the like, and thus mites and insects can be controlled by processing crops or their habitats with the indazole derivative or a salt thereof.
