<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a stopper easily in a simple shape, and to enable easy attachment/detachment without contact with a fluid discharge tube during attachment/detachment. <P>SOLUTION: A stopper (10) for a container with a pump is used for a container with a pump for preventing downward movement of a head of the container with the pump, and includes a body part (12) formed into a cylindrical shape with locking parts (17) formed on both sides of a vertical slit groove (11). A pair of pinch parts (13a, 13b) protruded with a prescribed interval in a peripheral surface direction on the circumference of the body part (12) are formed. When the pinch parts (13a, 13b) are approximated to each other, the locking parts (17) are moved and mutually separated with a peripheral wall part (16) between both of the pinch parts (13a, 13b) as a fulcrum.
