摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior magnet rotor that has low iron loss generated when a motor is being rotated, and to provide a motor having the rotor and a method for assembling the motor. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor core 21 has: a magnetic body formed into a cylindrical shape; magnet embedding holes in which plate-like permanent magnets 30 are to be embedded and which are annularly arranged at predetermined intervals; non-magnetic sections 23 that are formed on both circumferential ends of each of the magnet embedding holes so as to prevent magnetic-flux short circuiting; salient pole sections 22 that are formed on respective radially outer sides of the magnet embedding holes; cut grooves 26 that are respectively formed on an outer edge between adjacent pairs of the salient pole sections; bridge sections 25 that are formed between the cut grooves 26 and the non-magnetic sections 23; and first projections 27 that project outward from respective centers of the cut grooves 26. In an interior magnet rotor 20, the permanent magnets 30 are embedded in the respective magnet embedding holes of the rotor core 21. Radius of each of the salient pole sections 22 is decreased gradually from the center thereof toward the cut grooves 26, and radius of each of the first projections is equal to radius of the center of each of the salient pole sections 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
