METHOD FOR FLUSHING OIL LINE UTILIZED FOR CONTROLLING BOILER FEED WATER PUMP

PURPOSE: A method for cleaning an oil pipe for controlling a boiler water supply pump is provided to change a flowing direction of oil after dropping contaminants accumulated inside an oil pipe by an impact oil pressure so that the all contaminants have flown with oil are collected and cleaned. CONSTITUTION: A method for cleaning an oil pipe for controlling a boiler water supply pump is as follows. An outside control line(220) connected to a servo valve installed in a closed space(210) is eliminated(S1). The closed space is opened and the servo valve is separated(S2). The servo valve is replaced with a path-converting device(410), thereby blocking an oil supplying hole(210c) of the oil supplied to a pilot valve via the closed space(S3). The opened closed space is closed to be observed in outside(S4). Impact oil pressure is supplied to an oil pipe by operating an oil supplying pump. The contaminants dropped from the inner side of the oil pipe are collected with the supplied oil(S6).
