PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for displaying screen of mobile is provided to compose the editing display in order for respective items to have various sizes, according to arranged site among the items in editing mode entry. CONSTITUTION: A method and apparatus for screen of mobile comprises: a step of displaying one or more items with same size on a standby screen by a control unit; a step of displaying editing picture in order for respective items to have various sizes according to arranged site among the items after receiving editing mode entry input; a step of controlling the size of the item according to moving location of the item, after receiving movement commands for specific items.
