PURPOSE: A bone anchoring device is provided to prevent a fixing ring from being separated by including a side direction protrusion part snap-coupled within a channel in a rod receiving part. CONSTITUTION: A bone anchoring element(1) includes a shaft(2) and a head(3) fixed into a bone. A receiving part(5) combines a rod(6) with the bone anchoring element. The receiving part includes a rod receiving part(9) and a head receiving part(16). The rod receiving part includes a first end part(9a), a second end part(9b), and a channel(12) having a bottom part receiving the rod. The head receiving part is provided to the side of the second end part in order to receive the head. A fixing ring(8) surrounds the head receiving part.
