<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural mineral membrane and a natural mineral membrane material having flexibility and having high heat-insulation properties and a humidity regulating function. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a highly heat-resistant noncombustible natural mineral membrane which is a flexible membrane mainly consisting of a membrane-forming natural clay and a powder of an inorganic adsorbent, wherein the natural clay is at least one member selected from among mica, illite, vermiculite, bentonite, and smectite, the inorganic adsorbent is at least one member selected from among mordenite, clinoptilolite, tuff, scallop shells, and oyster shells, the total amount of the natural clay and the inorganic adsorbent is 80% or more based on the weight of the entire membrane, and the ratio in which the natural clay is mixed with the inorganic adsorbent ranges from 50/50 to 90/10 in terms of a natural clay/inorganic adsorbent ratio, and optionally contains an additive playing the role of a binder, an adsorbent, a bactericide or an antibacterial agent, or a photocatalyst. the usage is in a wallpaper, a heat-insulating material, a heat-resistant material, a flame-retardant material, a nonburning material, an adsorbent material, a deodorant material, or a filter as an application thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
