PURPOSE: A fruit and vegetable packaging protection stand formed with environmentally-friendly materials is provided to enable users to store fruits and vegetable longer than conventional packaging materials. CONSTITUTION: A fruit and vegetable packaging protection stand is obtained by coating the surface of a substrate formed with a paper material with a coating agent. The coating agent is formed with 100 parts of powder by weight including zeolite and bentonite, 6-10 parts of adhesive by weight, and 70-100 parts of water by weight. The packaging protection stand goes into a packaging box for fruits and vegetables. The mixture ratio of the zeolite and the bentonite for obtaining the powder is 80-90:10-20. The fruit and vegetable packaging protection stand includes a structure forming cross-shaped pillars(33) using grid plates(30). Grooves(31) are formed in between each cross-shaped pillars, and lower grooves(40) and support pieces are formed on the lower side of the grid plates.
