PURPOSE: A chip alignment fixing device of a carrier plate for a semiconductor is provided to smoothly align a chip in a surface of the carrier plate with a preset pattern. CONSTITUTION: A rotator(10) is combined with a shaft(14) connected to a motor(12). A guide plate(20) is fixed to the upper side of a receiver. A clamp(30) fixes a carrier plate received in the guide plate. A chip supply unit(40) is separated from the guide plate in the rotator. A vibrator is formed on both sides of the receiver of the rotator and vibrates the rotator.
