The holder (1) has an upper apron stretched by elastic force, and a strappy guide (3) turned on a bending edge (16) and clamped on an intermediate section (2). A guidance plate (12) is arranged on the intermediate section as a guidance groove (11) that is carried out continuously, where the plate is arranged on the strappy guide on an outer side of a track width of the upper apron, and guides a pair of guide parts of the strappy guide. A short side of the guidance groove is arranged on an outer edge of the intermediate section.
