摘要 PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly buoy manufacturing method is provided to reduce the corrosion of a buoy due to waves, salty water, and sunlight by coating the buoy with a polypropylene film. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly buoy manufacturing method comprises the steps of: injection-molding a film(100) at 40-180 °C(2A), locating the molded film in a projection forming lower mold(65) with lower mold fine projections(65-1) in order to prevent bubbling in the buoy and lowering a projection forming upper mold(55) with upper mold fine projections(55-1) to the projection forming lower mold in order to bore fine holes on the underside of the molded film(2C), contacting the edges of two molded films with each other(2D), locating a polypropylene buoy between the molded films, heating the edges of the molded film to 100-180°C(2E), and heating a forming mold to 100-220°C in an oven so that the molded films are thermally fused on the buoy(2F,2G).
