FIELD: aircraft engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to method of producing hollow parts from composite material comprising skin and, if required, reinforcements used in fabricating aircraft fuselage, and to device to this end. Proposed method includes fitting elongated external mould of redundant manipulator equipped with fiber application head. Note here that said external mould is provided with lengthwise slot to receive redundant manipulator supports. Method includes also applying fibers on internal forming surface of external mould by means of fiber application head to make skin from composite material. Note here that application of fibers is carried out by displacing said head with the help of redundant manipulator and translating aforesaid supports along aforesaid lengthwise slot of external mould. One or several extra parts from composite material are jointed to said hollow parts to make 360-closed sections that form fuselage top section. ^ EFFECT: simplified method. ^ 10 cl, 6 dwg |
