PURPOSE: A decorative sheet is provided to comprise PET-G(Glycol modified polyethylene terephthalate) and PBT(polybutylene terephthalate), thereby obtaining flexibility, thereby providing a decorative sheet capable of being 3-diemnsional membrane molded. CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet comprises a hard coating layer(140), a first skin layer(120), a base layer(110), and a second skin layer(130) laminated in order. The base layer comprises PET-A. the first skin layer and second skin layer comprises PET-G and PBT. The molar mixing ratio of the PET-G and PBT is 5.5:4.5-7:3. The first skin layer and the second skin layer additionally comprises PCTG. The molar mixing ratio of the PET-G, PBT and PCTG is 5:4:1-6:3:1. Pigment thereof is one of Pigment Yellow and Pigment Blue. The thickness of the first skin layer, the base layer, and the second skin layer is 200-400μm. The hard coating layer is based on an acrylate copolymer. The thickness of the hard coating layer is 3-10μm. The decorative sheet is manufactured by membrane-molding.
