PURPOSE: A titania flux cored wire is provided to secure good arc stability and minimize the production of fume during welding. CONSTITUTION: A titania flux cored wire comprises TiO2 of 30-55 weight%, MgO of 2-7 weight%, SiO2 of 2-7 weight%, Na2O of 0.5-6 weight%, K2O of 0.5-2 weight%, Si of 3-10 weight%, Mn of 7-20 weight%, Mg+Al of 1-5 weight%, fluoride of 0.5-1 weight%, and iron and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount. The amount of crystal water in flux is 0.15 weight% or less. |
