PURPOSE: A vacuum powder producing apparatus using liquid food is provided to enable users to easily collect concentrated powder from the apparatus after checking the complete drying state of the liquid food. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum powder producing apparatus using liquid food comprises the following: a double boiler(110) for storing water, having an opening on the upper side; a heating container(120) for storing the liquid food, inserted into the water in the double boiler; an alarming sensor(130) located inside the heating container with the lower side contacting a lower cover(121) of the heating container or the surface of concentrated powder mounted on the lower cover; an exhaust pipe(140) connected to the upper side of the heating container for providing an exhaust passage of steam inside the heating container; a vacuum pump(180) connected to the exhaust pipe; a cooler(150) condensing the steam exhausted from the exhaust pipe by being installed in between the exhaust pipe and the vacuum pump; a condensed water storage tank(160) storing condensed water; and a controller controlling the temperature of the double boiler, and generating signal sound by the temperature value transferred from the alarming sensor. |
