PURPOSE: A mechanical transistor hybrid switch and application apparatus for the same are provided to reduce unnecessary power consumption in a switching operation based on a sensing signal or a control signal by selectively applying voltage based on critical voltage. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical transistor hybrid switch(200) includes a FET(210) and a mechanical switch(220). The FET conducts current from drain to a source terminal. The mechanical switch includes a first terminal(221) and a second terminal(222). The first terminal of the mechanical switch is connected to a signal input unit(230). The second terminal of the mechanical switch is connected to the gate terminal of FET. The critical voltage of the mechanical switch is used when the second terminal and the first terminal are connected with each other. |
