PURPOSE: A cooling/heating device with recovering waste heat is provided to remove frozenness by supplying hot water through anti- frozenness induction line with installing a cold water heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A cooling/heating device with recovering waste heat comprises a hot water tank(10), a hot water heat exchanger(20), a cooling tank(30), a cold water heat exchanger(40), a refrigerant circulation passage(50), a compressor(60), a storage tank for refrigerant gas(70), an expansion valve(80), and a cold water heat exchanger(100). An air-conditioning passage is connected to one side of the hot water tank and a heat exchanger passage for hot water is connected to the other side. The hot water heat exchanger is placed on the heat exchanger passage for hot water and circulates the hot water to the inside hot water tank. The refrigerant circulation passage connects the hot water heat exchanger and the cold water heat exchanger. The compressor is installed on the refrigerant circulation passage and circulates refrigerants through the hot water heat exchanger and the cold water heat exchanger. The storage tank for refrigerant gas and the expansion valve are installed between the hot water heat exchanger and the cold water heat exchanger. The cold water heat exchanger is installed inside or one side of the cooling tank additionally and maintains the cold water at an uniform temperature. |
