PURPOSE: A Roman shade type blind sheet and blinds using the same are provided to maximize the productivity of the blind sheet. CONSTITUTION: A Roman shade type blind sheet comprises a loop forming cloth(30) and a loop(32). The loop forming cloth and a roll up cloth are overlapped. The loop is installed in the back of the loop forming cloth. In the loop, a cord(31) is inserted. The loop is integrally manufactured in the longitudinal and width direction.
