PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of expandable polymer composition, a manufacturing method of polymer composition which is expanded therefrom, an expanded polymer composition, and an adhesive tape having thereof are provided to have pores which are generated by microballoon and to have long processing life. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of expandable polymer composition comprises the following steps: mixing first starting materials including whole or most of used polymer or polymers; obtaining a premixture by de-aerating the mixture; adding pressure to the premixture; de-aerating second starting materials including expandable hollow microbeads; adding the second starting materials to the obtained premixture; and mixing the second starting materials with the premixture.
